from the Australia, New Zealand, Fiji trip.  What a wonderful time!  This was our first group tour and if they are all this good we have nothing to worry about in our future travels.  Everything was very well organized and planned. 

We saw so much in our trip.  I have been back for a couple of weeks now and I am still looking at my photos and reliving the experience.  Ayers Rock "Uluru" was magnificent.  Cairns, Melbourne and Sydney were beautiful cities.  I didn't feel like I was in a big city while I was in Melbourne or Sydney even though their populations are over 4 million.

New Zealand was so pretty.  Quite different from Australia.  I couldn't pick a favorite.  They were both unique in their own way.

I highly recommend the Fiji extension just for some time to relax before you go home.  Its the perfect ending to the perfect trip.

I took this tour in Nov 2008 and it was amazing.  The day we went to Milford sound was my 50th birthday and the weather was perfect. Sunny and no flies which apparently happens maybe once a year. The bus ride is a little long but lovely views along the way and the cruise was amazing..you will not be disappointed.  Bring your own lunch and snacks for this optional.

The hot air balloon ride in Alice Springs was my favorite optional although there were many close seconds.  I did all the optionals because I knew I would probably never have another chance. The only one that was some what of a disappointment was the Sydney harbor cruise.  I just wasn't  impressed with it at all.  The dinner and entertainment were just average in my opinion.  The penguin parade is also a must do.

The Fiji extension is also a must in my opinion.  The resort hotel was amazing and you will need time to recoup for the long flight home.  Enjoy the trip.
