Reply

Hey There Great Britain & Ireland Travelers,

Can anyone provide some feedback - very good, not-so-good, don't miss, don't do, etc. - on the optional day tours for GoAheads Rural Landscapes of Ireland & Britain?  We're scheduled for the April 2010 trip.

Day 7 - Gledalough;  Day 9 - Liverpool & The Beatles;  Day 11 - A Day in the Lakes; Day 13 - Eileen Donan Castle & the Isle of Skye; Day 15 Evening - Scottish Ceilidh; Day 15 - St Andrews.  London Extension:   Day 1 - Windsor Castle / Hampton Court; Day 3 - Stonehedge and Bath.

Many Thanks from Terry in SW Colorado

Hello Terry, I can only attest to the optional tours on the extension of your trip. Please go to Windsor and Hampton Court, both are awe inspiring and shouldn't be missed. Bath is one of my favorite cities and The Roman Baths are incredible. The Stonehenge stop is a must, just because, its Stonehenge!!!  My husband and I are on the same tour as you in April, so we will meet!

We're going on the Beatles - Liverpool tour & the Scottish Ceilidh evening which both sound great. I've always been a
Beatles Fan!!
We're also taking the extension in London. Hope the volcano stops erupting all that ash before June 25th.
Martha in Michigan!
